Jesus explained that to love God and to love your neighbor belonged together.
A great minister once said, “You cannot be right with God and wrong with your neighbor”.
The wisdom of Jesus is verified in the lives of millions.
The people who really obey God are the people who love God.
The legalist and the hard, disciplined man have trouble with love… because they seemed to put law and discipline above love.
Jesus believed that character is determined from the inside out. If you love God you want to do good and be good.
If you do not love God, then obedience is oppressive.
Grace is the banner of God over us and the power of God within us, because we live in love.
